For your case to be solved as soon as possible, please follow these guidelines. Remember, the more information you include, the easier it makes it for us to help you!

Please Note: for verbal abuse to be punishable, it must be more than a couple of times. Also remember, if someone is insulting/flaming you, don't insult them back!

Bug Reports:
Hack Cases:
- Your username (not your password)
- A list of the items you have lost
- Screenshots of you wearing/possessing the items you lost
- When was the last time you were able to log in to your account? When was the last time you had all of your items?
- Have you given anyone else your account information? If so, who?
- Make sure to search for all of your items thoroughly and be 100% positive they are missing before making a ticket.
Scam Cases:
- Your username (not your password)
- A list of the items that were scammed
- Preferably, provide screenshots of the scam occurring, but at least try to give us screenshot proof of you having the items originally.
- When did the scam occur?
- Are you positive that this person has in fact scammed you and is not just having internet problems? If you have any proof of the person acknowledging they scammed you/refusing to return your items, include these as well.
- Who is the character that scammed you?
Verbal Abuse:
- Your character name
- The character name of the person verbally abusing you
- You must provide screenshots of the offense

- Is there any reason you may have been banned?

- The name of the person who warned you
- What was the reason given for your warning?
- Why do you feel that you should not have been warned?
Password/Email Recovery:
- Your username
- The name of the characters on your account
- The email or every possible email you used/might have used to register the account (Password Recovery), possible trends in your emails (Email Recovery).
Bug Reports:
- Your username
- What bug/error would you like to report? Be as descriptive as possible.
- Please provide any screenshots you have of the bug.
