Game Rules & Policies
Before registering with JAMN Ran and using the game service, please read through the policies. Once you've registered or started with RAN Online, you are automatically agreeing to all the terms and conditions stated.
A. Account and Character
User is obligate to provide accurate and update information during member registration. If registered details do not match with the actual facts, JAMN Ran. will not continue to provide any support or service and will not liable for any losses which may occur, players are fully responsible for any losses.
User is solely responsible for own account security. JAMN Ran. shall not be liable for any losses result due to improper handling or carelessness on the user part. User shall bear the full responsibility.
Our games recommend one account one user. If account user registered any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete information during registration; or distribute or trade out any passwords, login ID or related account details to third party, GaMonster Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service. User shall bear the full responsibility.
Players are only allowed to use words which based with Latin alphabet. Symbols/Threats/Sexual Harassments/Racism/Commercial Advertisement/Political (inclusive of talks about staff of JAMN Ran.) is not allowed. (As long as a player feels threatened by the way the opponent talks, the opponent will be punished accordingly.) Using numbers or drawings to show vulgar words/foul languages are not allowed either.
User are disallow to act as the officers of JAMN Ran or using the name which are related to the departments, employees, customer services representative (example: Staff, G_M, Game Master, Customer Service and so on) to be game character's name, guild name or party name which may imply the impression or mislead other to believe you to be an employee of JAMN Ran. Once caught, Staff reserves the right to impose serious penalty.
Once a JAMN Ran account has registered, the account info could not be changed. However, the player could still change their password at myRosso.com website by using the security pincode. Please be reminded that staff of JAMN Ran will not ask for your passwords or security pincode.
Please be careful with your selection of names for your character and your guild as once you've selected the particular names, there will be no changing of the names. If pets, shop or any other names are found offensive, reference to rule no. A(4) & A(5), JAMN Ran. reserved the right to change/kick user/ban the particular player without prior notice.
**Note that this policy is not all inclusive. Others names may be deemed inappropriate at a Staff's discretion.
JAMN Ran. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Account which may will bring harassments to game without any prior notice.
B: Premium Point
Once top up / reload the point, you agree to spend online. Therefore, the points can't be transferred to 3rd party and the company reserves the right not to refund or restore your points.
Upon spending, you realize what you are buying and for which game you are spending. The company would not refund/restore the points once spent on the goods.
You can purchase the point from JAMN Ran payment partner or local reseller.
C. Rules of Conduct
Any JAMN Ran employees/ representatives will never enquire for your password or Security Pincode. Only under special circumstances (in game activities pre-notice), the company requested to collect back game items from player. Kindly keep awareness of the user’s rights & interest.
Staff will not help players/give items/edit stats or level or any setting in the game.
Staff will not involve in arguments between players in real life or in game as players should solve it themselves. Kindly mind the language to solve a problem. Be courteous when disagreeing with others. It is possible to disagree without being insulting.
Any in game event, the company reserves the right to remove/ add event features if found necessary. Please refer to the official announcement or in-game announcement for more information.
If players found sending empty mails/ repeating sending the same messages/ using foul languages or vulgar words, the company reserves the right not to reply the messages. Kindly mind the language to solve a problem.
The Company reserves the right not to disclose any company internal information, settings in game, system setting, Staff personal information and players information due to protecting the privacy and maintaining the services for players and rights of players.
Players would have to find out for themselves information in regards to quests/in game basic questions as Staff would not interfere in the game.
Staff will process the player's case based on Game Rules and Policies.
JAMN Ran will consider providing in-game virtual property restoration service on every half year (based with the date of case) for Ran Online game user. All the cases must report by email to Customer Service Center within 7days from when loss occurred. If the case was reported after 7days from when loss occurred, JAMN Ran will not continue to provide any support or restoration service. Below are the in-game virtual property restoration service policies:
JAMN Ran will try to provide the in-game virtual property restoration service, if the reasons are:
Bug or the problems which caused by Server.
Accident deleted or sold to NPC
Special case, but not include the situation which are stated on (b)
The in-game virtual property restoration service will not provide with the situations below:
The losses which are caused by user, such as sold the ingame item or account with real money, other account or other valuable items in real life.
The account registered details do not match with the user information,
The user sharing the account with others (include Family member, Boy/Girl Friend, Friends, or any other people).
JAMN Ran reserves the right to deny/reject user request in restoring any in-game virtual property and will not guarantee that any in-game virtual property will restore successfully in the restoration process.
D: User part
You may not institute, assist, or become involved in an attack upon any RAN Online server or otherwise attempt to disrupt the RAN Online servers. Any illegal programs including third party software, acceleration software, illegal patches and macros, or any external programs that may hamper the game server's capability to operate normally or cause imbalance towards the game play balance. Violators will be stripped of their privileges and we reserve the right to take legal action against the user. Users found to have received the benefits of this exploit may also face reprimand penalty depending on the severity of the offenses as determined by our investigation.
Trading of Cash/Game Items is strictly illegal. A transfer or attempted transfer of a character/ item is entirely at the risk of the parties to such transaction. Players are liable for any losses and law prosecutions in any private transaction involve real money, in-game items, or account trading. JAMN Ran Reserved the right to suspend the violating account until future notice.
You may not exploit any bug in the Game and you will not communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug (bugs that grant the user unnatural or unintended benefits in game), Using or exploiting errors in design, features which have not been documented, and/or "program bugs" to gain access that is otherwise not available, or to obtain a competitive advantage over other players by, botting interruption, hacking, conducting scams, or duping items. Any kind of inappropriate use /or intentionally creating excessive latency (lag) to the game server. Users who found violating the policies will be penalized in accordance with the violation.
User are not allow to scam, get other user's virtual item, game money, account, JAMN Ran points by illegal ways. Once caught, JAMN Ran reserved the right to suspend the violating account until future notice.
You may not, whether intentionally or unintentionally, violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws.
You are requested to promptly feedback by using reporting tools in accordance to any found of game bugs and will not intentionally spreading, exploit or distribute it among players. User who found violating the policies will be penalized in accordance with the violation.
User must stay in front the computer's monitor while playing the game. If a player not stay in front the computer's monitor but the game character still have action in game, the situation will consider as Robot, Staff will give penalty to the account according the rules which are equal as the penalty for illegal programs user.
You are required to support Staff investigations and to reply to his or her questions truthfully at all times. Please stay polite and accept the Staff decision after the investigations.
Insulting or threatening towards Staff is not allowed.
User is not allowed use any ways to Defraud Staff. This includes petitioning with false information with the intent of receiving benefits as a result, reporting bug deaths, game experiences cheat, items lost or accusing other players of wrongdoing without any prove/basis for it.
Except authorized by JAMN Ran, advertise or offer to sell/buy any game services/game products for any purpose is prohibited.
The Company shall terminate or suspend service when user violates the rules & regulation based on member registration. We reserve the right in all cases to deem the seriousness of offenses. Note that any attempts of to offense the game or servers will be dealt with very severely, even with lawsuits.
In order to provide you with a friendly environment where you can communicate others players and enjoy the game, please comply with the service policies. Below are the service policies for using the public chat channel/Staff Channel:
Players are not allowed to use words which contain of vulgar word / foul languages / Symbols /Threats / Sexual Harassments / Racism when using public chat channel/Staff Channel. Using numbers or drawings to show vulgar words/foul languages are not allowed either.

Player are not allow to discuss / influent / gather others players in conducting any act of criminal / performing illegal activities by using the public chat channel/Staff Channel.
Players are not allow to spread false statement / intentionally creating rumors which may lead to any harmful, threatening, obscene, defamatory, ethnically language or discomfort to another player, purposely bring inconvenience to other users.
Player are not allowed to use the public chat channel/Staff Channel to argue / flame in order to distract other players from concentrating the game.
**User who found violating the policies will be penalized in accordance with the violation. As long as a player feels threatened by the way other players talks / accusing other players of wrongdoing please provide the prove of your statement (provide screen shots) and attached along with your report and email to customer service. Note that the following guidelines are not exhaustive, and may not address all manner of offensive behavior. As such, the Staff shall have full discretion to address any behavior that they feel is inappropriate.
If the user involved in court case, or been caught by law enforcement agency, JAMN Ran shall suspend the violating account until future notice.
E: Services – Server, Game, Content
All Ran Online related components such as the game account /game data/ game virtual item/ game service/ game server/ game tool and so on is the property of JAMN Ran The company reserved the right to find it necessary to make changes to, or performed any maintenance of, an on-going game world in order to bring it back into balance. These changes or resets may affect character under your control and may cause you to setback within the game world. You agree to allow us to relocate the account & relevant game files, or any necessary adjustment.
JAMN Ran will not guarantee that the service provided will always be stable, flawless or always available. User must understand that it is the user’s choice or willingness to use the service even though the user might face the risk of losses.
JAMN Ran is not liable for any service interruption, delay, mistakes, disconnections, lags, and roll back of game data caused by incompetence of the ISP (Internet Service Provider). We will try our best to resolve, improve the status or the tasks and resume our services as soon as possible. JAMN Ran is not liable for any claims of compensation for losses caused by any natural disasters, non-human factors, events that are beyond our control or losses caused by act of God (whatever reasons that cannot be avoided or be prevented from happening).
JAMN Ran shall not provide the personal information of a user to a third party without the user's consent. Except in cases, when there is an official request following the procedures prescribed by the law, the personal information may be disclosed. JAMN Ran reserves the right at all times to disclose any information that JAMN Ran deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, which may lead to user account termination until future notice.
F: Offenses and Punishments
User’s character/ account may subject to temporary suspend for further investigation if suspected for any rules offenses/ any breach of security, including player’s attitude, system payment fraud and possession of hacked or stolen item. Kindly contact customer service for future assistant.
Should you receive a warning or ban for violation, you may appeal the decision by contacting customer support within 2 weeks. Any report received more 2 weeks after the incident in question will be discarded.
Failure to provide further evidence or data for appeal, Customer support / Staff decision will be final based on investigation. No negotiations or appeal will then be entertained.
JAMN Ran reserves the right to redefine and modify any terms and conditions without any prior notice. As changes are made, user will be notified through our official website from time to time. If the user does not agree with the terms and conditions after the changes, the user(s) is requested to cease using the software and or any services provided by the game play immediately. If the user continues to use our software and or services provided by the game play, then the user is assumed to agree to the modified terms and conditions, and pledge to abide by them.
For the user who violates the terms and conditions, harm the company's reputation or causes evident problem to the company, our company reserves the right to cease, change any service or terminate any user accounts. JAMN Ran also do not need to notify the user before hand and is not liable for any compensation/ refund of any kind for any problems, inconvenience, or harm caused by the change of service or termination of the user account.
